Bought skills from TS and handed him ~100PED ESI w/o collateral. He didnt take it and run, trade went very smooth and he was fair on pricing.
 
cambuur has been around for years.
If he acted with wrong intentions im sure MA would have acted on it.

So far i have dealt with cambuur a few times, which all went fine.

If you want to buy some skills im sure he can offer collateral :)
