I did read something on this forum... it only affects weapons and faps.
Want to drop faster? Get speed incress armor/ring.
For example my L ring with my adjusted Harrier armor does a total of 13% increment on speed.

Ye i have no problems with droping fast, was just hoping i could extract faster with reload buff

It does not affect it.
Maybe MA will add separate buff in the future... or hopefully some excavators past level 20 lololololololll

What is you could set your own reload time in finders. Drillers... Better great should have better reload and be alright more. Reload in finders just would makes you spend differently not so much makes you more efficient.
