I would try Yo-Yo Ma playing Bach's Six Cello Suites. Those guys are both geniuses, so it kinda works.
I'll put the YT version here just to give the general idea but you need a high quality version for the test.
Oddly enough couldn't find it on HDtracks but I know there's a decent .flac version out there on the net at least.
If you can't hear the guy breathing and his movements like he's right there in front of you in the room... well then, you'll have to do the right thing and throw your speakers out of the window.

Perhaps not the best of the best but John Mayer's "In The Blood" is one I really appreciate. It's got nice clean and distinct lows, mids, and highs.
