Question: [Refurbished H.E.A.R.T. Rank VI] nerfed?

Hi all, does anyone have the same feeling that subj fap heals worse now?
It feels like its now slower than an s10. It used to gain heeling effect up to smth like 24 hp at one heal, now no more than 13. Is it only me expereincing this issue?

Stacking of the Healing over time effect was broken on all tools in the Wednesday update.
