Does this item have uber Tier Increase Rates or something? Not sure why an item that’s generally tted is offered at 200% but some clarification would be nice.

He doesn't know very few people can use this and if they can use it I'm sure they have viable options by now.
Nobody in rookie channel or similar trash channel told him that.
If I were you I would msg those people that can use it to get a better price and If I get a no , I would tt it.

I guess objecting doesn't necessarily require to be rude.
This is an uber item with incredible dps possibilities.
You not having the skills to use it doesn't mean it has no worth.

Incredible dps possibilities if it has uber tiers. Otherwise it is as Messi mentioned...
