I think all will know who the idiot is as it seems he can not read or did not read my comments about myself and my team experiences. Oh and BTW its noob not knob.

Just click yes, then check loot rules:

1. Damage stack share
2. Healer loot (low % maybe ok, but I always leave team with strangers if this isn´t set to zero)
3. Healer loot (if this is set to 80%+ its a scam!)

Its not always black and white, as others already said in this thread, and befor you shoot after joining a team with strangers, check this 3 points. If it is ok for you stay in team, if not just leave.

What you should consider is that in teams with strangers, items unlikely will be split. So don´t complain if someone loots an ESI and you don´t get anything from that.
Item split is comon in teams with friends.
Sometimes we agree on not spliting items, when I go with friends.
