my guess would be around +1500
I take as comparison the isis project zero-three blp pistol.
That BLP pistol goes for around this same price.
Now the project zero does more dmg, has better eco so should/could be worth more than the CB19.
But since there arent many UL blp rifles this does increase the CB19 a bit, making it a bit more rare.

in this case I did not take into account the tier rating. So all based on tier 0 or 1.
In your case at tier 7 you could add least some of the tier costs to the 1500 ped.

Was posting it in the #calytrade just to see if any interest and some guy, who seemed to know his stuff, was like +400 at best. Glad I at least know I'm only down a couple hundred PED if the price I think I paid for it is correct (and if I find the right buyer) and I didn't waste time getting it to a higher tier too.
