Question: New Harlem Docks on Rocktropia Buggy?

iam on Rocktropia and trys to collect 80 crude oil for the Hoverboard Quest. Have get yesterday some Oil but today it spawn nothing? I have wait, run ask others, the have the same problem. Give it a special time that is possible to collect some oil or is just Buggy? Thx for the Information...

Its Rocktropia, Assume everything is bugged.

Sadly the planet owner is no longer actively supporting the development of the planet and associated holdings.

Lots of folks raid that area hourly. Haven't been home on r.t in a while but if memory is right it does spawn just not a lot. Also be sure to look everywhere as some spawns show up in odd locations and u cannot see spawn til real close
