So for facts.. Do you know how much upkeep costs in fertiliser, per dna? Do you know what the cost of an event is?
Do you know how much turnover you need to get a 50 ped payout? Try to look at things not only from your perspective, but also from the perspective of the landowner. If you don't know the answer to the questions, then you also don't know if 75k ped is a steep price for a teleporter for an atrax young landarea. I mean the landarea is one minor tp jump away. Or "get to da choppa" .
