Hi, i guess you know that the tax system in land areas from the land grab events, totally sucks.
Old inactive (or active) members take the most tax when the new active members takes only 0.0% tax (this tax increase periodically by 0.1% each time).
So, people have to make new (pvp) soc just cause they want to fight in land grabs and old active hunting socs aren't willing to fight cause of the above tax system.
Don't you think that this is a problem??
Most socs never participated in the land grabs, not cause they think they have no chances to win, but cause they know that even if they win, most tax will go to the members that either wasn't there to fight, either they are inactives..
So, if you want to make land grab events accessible to all socs and not to pvp socs only, here's my suggestions..
suggestion 1:
part 1: Make a system, that will record any players that fight in the certain land, and when a soc win the land, members in this soc that fought in this land will get equal split from the tax.
for example, 10 members in soc X appears and fight in the land area A. soc X win this land. each soc members from these 10 that fought, gets 10% of the tax from the land area A.
part 2: Tax system gives timeframe of 3 days to the soc leader (or to vice-leaders too) to make any adjustment to the tax system. in these three days, they could add any members -that wasn't and didn't fight in this land area- to the tax split (so, a certain members that wasn't in this land area, but they was in other land areas that they couldn't win, will get equal tax with other members that was).
After 3 days. the members that are in the tax system start getting tax from the land area (including the tax from the first three days that they didn't get)
for example, member A and B fight with the soc X for the land area 1, but in the end they lose. next week, soc X win the land area 2 but the member A and B didn't fight this time. The soc leader add member A and B to the tax system and they get equal tax from land area 2.
suggestion 2:
Give the soc leader the ability to choose wich member will get tax or no after each land grab for the certain land area that they just won (equal tax for each member)
suggestion 3:
Add a tax list in each soc. The leader and the vice-leaders could add or remove soc members from this list (like we do in the guest list on our vehicles).
Every member in the tax list get equal tax from the land areas. Also you can give the option to the leader to adjusted the rate of tax, that each member in the list will get.
well, that's my three suggestions about the land grab events. but also you need to change something that apply in all these suggestions too.
you need to remove suspended members from socs. if the leader or vice-leader want to kick someone out of the soc, these members should get kicked and not stay as suspended members and leech the tax from the actually active members that fight for the soc.
thanks for reading, stelios..
