Hi,
I have a lot of skills available for sale in big quantities. You bring your own ESI, I will provide collateral in PEDs for the ESI until trade is completed (@930%). Prices are based per 10 PED of the final TT value of the ESI. (For example extracting Rifle skill with 10 PED ESI will result in 9.1 PED final TT-value. If my price is 20% then I would want 1,82 PED for the implant).
