dombath the owner of LA51 (the agreement was to buy both from me within 24 months) has backed out of the deal we had so LA25 is going for sale separately yet again.

the land has not been used actively except my own hunting, but it features one of the few relatively recent ATHs on a Caly LA, pretty good mining and one of the exclusive (event prize) 3 total osseo DNA pieces as well as custom global announcements

Osseocollum features
- one of the not so many high level creatures on Caly without regen, can find unfinished mobs from yesterday
- young is good for mid-level hunters, often 3k+ hofs and some of the rare 30k+ hofs still happening
- stalker is good for getting the evader high quickly as they hit often (got to lvl 98 this way), and one of the few mobs that gave 80k hof not so long ago
- supply of output amplifiers, heart oil, vacuum flux'es, tier 10 components, polaris armor (L), sif-s (L), neopsion 55 UL
- rare items happen like supremacy foots, angel harness, kinetic attack nanochip 8, jaguar gloves
