Just wanted to post that I had a support issue recently with two factor authentication and the response time was within 24 hours, which I was very happy with.

I figured the ticket response team deserved a thanks.

It's because Folke handles 90% of the support case load and has been authorized to use copy/paste pre-scripted messages and close support cases before the issues have actually been resolved.
 
Still waiting on some of my tickets still...one will hit it’s 4 year anniversary at the end of the year.
