Friends Game Is Missing Land !!!

So we've tried everything possible up to this point. Uninstalled and reinstalled game. Messed with all the graphical settings and have tried every option available.

He's on a 64bit operating system

has a GTX 1070 and 16 gigabytes of ram.

Any suggestions on other possible solutions would be amazing! Thanks.

[delete these folders/rename]
"C:\ProgramData\entropia universe\public_users_data\cache"
"C:\ProgramData\entropia universe\public_users_data\participant_content"
"C:\ProgramData\entropia universe\public_users_data\shaders\cache"

try that first... if fail try below..

[worst case]
[delete/rename]
"C:\ProgramData\entropia universe\public_users_data\dynamic_content" and download the lot again...


Edit: Restart system after trying both...

It's a feature to make extra sure your friend cannot drop any items on the floor

Update drivers for card, OS

Possibly reinstall your graphic drivers and or re download a fresh client.
