Small+ Landplot on Arkadia #13

Wondering what you guys think this might be worth?

I would like to factor in few things that may positively or negatively impact the value of this land plot

*Land plot is located on Arkadia
*There seems to be a very limited amount of land plots available on Arkadia (all that you see in the images, no other locations)
*The tree next to the plot might be a placeholder for teleporter? (speculation)

Acorn first stage:
Basic nuts 24
T angle 4
Copper ingot 14

Snug firs stage:
Iron ingot 340
Basic nuts 1000
T-angle 40
Reinforced sheet metal 1000

Yes, identical.

T-Angle is made from timber that so far has only dropped on Caly. (That's rather an inconvenience, not material change to the cost of building)

I actually agree!
I bet that is something that PP simply didnt know and MA overlooked when implementing plots on ark. Unfortunately i doubt that will change, but i can hit up Ark about this.
