Level 8 Sissy was my lowest. Then level 10 Prison C.O
 
My last ESI was that long ago, can´t even remember what mob it was.
 


It was in 2015 though. Early 2015.
 
2-3 months ago on a neomex. Think they are lvl 7.

Friend got one from Kerberos in Jurra shortly after loot 2.0. Was around 11 ped.
 
6 months ago I looted one from a lvl 7 oratan prospector menace.

Granted I've probably killed over 100K of them combined though :D

I'm pretty sure someone looted one from a chirpy way back in the day. My smallest was probably a merp.
