Indeed.

Zoology sells for ~2.8k on 10 PED+ TT chips, and up to 9.8k% on 10 PEC chips.

Biology sells for ~3.5k% on 10 PED+ TT chips, and up to 11k% on 10 PEC chips.

Same story with Butchering.

In general, any skill will sell for a normal price on 10+ TT chips, and can be sold for significantly higher markup on 10 PEC chips, since the cost to buy is very low.
