Suggestion: "offer tiering"-Feature

It would be nice, if a "Tier for others" is getting added to the game.
Click avatar > "Offer tiering"

Then a window shows up, which contains the following fields:
- the tiering level of the person offering the tiering
- material percentage expected to be returned
- item to be tiered
- materials for tiering
- payment

This way no collateral would be needed, because the person, whom the tiering is done for, puts in items for tiering and the tiered item & materials returned moves directly back into the inventory of that person...

The stuff in payment tab moves into inventory of the tier upgrader.

It doesn't make much sense to spend time implementing a feature that will be properly used by three people and abused by three hundred people.

edit: btw noticed lately some (to put it politely) newbies are offering "tier upgrade service" in trade channels?

edit2: on a second thought, it would be possible to restrict such feature so that you can provide the service only if you have higher prof level.

But... then there is the question of MA's motivation.

With current way, if you give them the item, the person doing the tier upgrading can a) lie about his level and b) lie about the result of tiering.

With such window neither would be possible, because the level will become visible and all materials return get straight into the inventory of the person hiring.

It's kinda scam protection ^^
