The money comes from the loot pool, it's not hard to understand. The key is that it won't have any noticeable impact on your loot. Just move on, for the love of all things holy.

I'm not trying to shit on you, I just don't understand why you keep raging over the same thing over and over and everyone keeps telling you the same thing and you keep asking the same damn question. Why do you even care if you are quitting any way? This. Nothing more to add.

You ALL are missing the "secret" and main fact here: there is no money. It's all just like in real life: 0s and 1s on a computer. It's in the ether. It's fiat money and printed at will.

Over 75% of all the globals/hofs/aths stay in game and are simply re-spent to play. Very few players actually withdraw in their local currency.

MA can give out (at will) any amount of $$$ because they know that it'll stay within the game to buy more 0s and 1s.

This is how MA can dream up a deed sale for 500,000 deeds for a land area that has no value in the first place.

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that, once you've deposited your money in any banking institution, it is no longer yours. All you own are 0s and 1s on their computer.

I had a friend that spent 5 years in a Federal pen because he changed some 0s and 1s and created a million dollars in his offshore account.

In other words, don't get your panties in a bunch. MERRY CHRISTMAS.

This week loot or not who the fuck knows? Even if they take 0,2% from the turnover from all the active players in a day they make 200 k ped . Maybe some guys will be penalized from their salaries. Maybe the money are from the last month loot pool ( personal theory that the loot pool it’s delayed every month : ex January + 200 k ped in lootpool —-> it will be given in February , and working like 2 pumps, one pulling out from loot for the next month one pumping in from previous month , no need to discuss more over it) still care closed nobody will give you 100 k ped wizz you can cry how much you want and also nobody will say from where it camed that money . It’s easier to figure out . Now somebody close this case cuz it’s a waste on megabits on server.

We all complain all day long about non stop EP-4 HOF/ATh right? For once a different crafted item gets its time in the spotlight and we are still upset lol.

MA also takes its cut at the very beginning of any and all actions in game (at least now they do) so this hasn't lost them anything

There are many things that went wrong here (allowing ep bps to compete, just one singular event prize, no help to the in-game economy, wasn't even related to FEN event or Mayhem) but the loot pool will be just fine as many have said (but yeah it's still coming out of the loot pool, duh)

The game is built to allow massive payouts from time to time, always has been.

Several dozen ppl, or more, angry and frustrated with, for example - loot 2.0?, exclusion of mining and crafting from Mayhem events, MA's ineptness on Argo claws dropping form wrong lvl mob or non Argo mob and this epic fail on Combobulated Blueprint within days of the claw issue, along with the ever increasing list of broken gameplay and bugs, ___________, fill-in the blank , could have a bigger impact on future revenue then we can discern here.

MA has been so Discombobulated lately it's a wonder so many are still heavily invested here.

the problem is it's not just rolling back the crafting tries what about all the materials he bought to use for it from auction who does that go back to and what consequence does that have for those sellers now too. They just loose the sale and money completely.


I think a better solution would be to add a crafting skill bonus to go with the event that way everyone will benefit from the screw up.

99% of very low credibility is insignificant - is this much negativity garnered for huge ATHs? That's all this is, a big ATH. Just as big of a congrats to the guy is where you all should be at in my opinion.

Well, just to chime in a bit, I think MA may be telling the truth when they say that the community will not be the ones paying for this mistake. I know its easy to rage and go on about "loot pools" that may or may not exist but there is more information available here.

Most crafters know that these "boosted" bps are paid for in advance. When you loot one its in lieu of a higher tt value hof. So when MA says players won't suffer because of it I believe them since the system counts these types of bps as already paid for.


Also, I am very entertained by all the goody-two-shoes that swear up and down that they wouldn't click that bp. I know I would have had that thing clicked so fast your head would spin

it is enough for MA to press their button to keep a % of December losses of players who have seen a fall in their returns from the beginning of the month, it will cost them nothing as usual.I wonder how many will see this losing month without a 95% return.

they ought to just do it every month for a year... or three... maybe every other month for a couple of years to let buzz grow during the off month?

first month could be the mamba thing they are doing, then replace the reward with some other rare odd ol bp from antiquity that doesn't ever get looted...

the idea of using the combobulator bp trade in is nice since one focused area of crafting isn't getting special treatment vs the others... Level 3 means level 1-6 bp click can get it potentially... maybe next time keep that for that option, but add in a higher or better reward of some sort that is a higher level bp?... make it sort of categorized by bp level on the reward options a bit.

Mamba may have seemed like a weird choice but considering how many were in the market before this event, it was not a bad one imho. Mamba is an UL Sib item with a pretty high Maximum TT Value. Entropiawiki shows several other crafted items with higher max tt values than the mamba.

Here's the list edited down to just the crafted stuff that could work in such an event... just all wiki entries for max tt above level of mamba that are crafted items...

other options for rewards would probably be better, but that's a start.

If they do continue this thing, get rid of all the damn welding wire bps in loot pool cluttering up other bps being able to be looted... in just the last 2 days or so I've looted over 25 ped tt value in welding wire bps alone... and that's just crafting a few hours here and there... if every crafter out there is seeing similar results welding wire market flood will likely be forthcoming soon? I mean, it is nice to get those pecs in an L bp that has some usefulness and markup, but at least add some variety to it instead of just welding wires all the blasted time...

Past 7 combu bp= 5 went to guys with sub 1k value of tracked globals in craft, 2 of them never even globalled. I mean just congratz to all them hard working crafters =)

When I was noob and got 10k hof some experienced player at that time suggested me I should create new account because my luck is dry on this account.I will track to see what's going on just as a reassurance what I already know.

If it was you, the russin, leo who got them players be moaning only ubur crafters get them. I dont use EL, so dont know what 7 players your talking about, but i know Soul got 1 and he no amautur crafter.

Can the combobu bp or the whip(L)bp from support be traded? If not, then there is a person who has been lucky several times as well. I'm assuming he bought the bps. Getting 3 successes per bp is also lucky, but that is not what I mean. Grats to the those luckier clickers as well, of course. I wonder if anybody has had zero out of three - anyone?

Looks like he was doing lo-fi stuff until 2016. Can't remember, I think 2016 was the year those below 50 PED globals came out ?
From the explosive projectile globals it seems that he may have had quite some bad luck (or better I lost 20k PEDS on them and never had that many globals).

...unless of course he knows someone within MA who "accidently" let him loot that L BP with 100 tries (from which 48 were successes ?)

One thing I learned in 11 years here is, there is no such thing as "luck"...even when it looks like that one is cursed, at some points it swings back and evens it out.
