FYI: Mayhem Amplifiers not dropping in Strongboxes since 2018.5

It appears that Mayhem Amplifiers are not being looted from strongboxes since the 2018.5 patch.
 
:( Yeah I haven't seen any in my boxes.
 
I have been told it may just be that the "israre" flag was removed.
 
They are no longer listed on the classified or christmas strongboxes page, could be MA removed them from loot because lootboxes are being made illegal from country to country.
 
Asked some people, seems they are still looting, they just aren't tagged as "Rare Loot" like previously.
