Here is some stats on the estate.

Item trade available: no
Max nr. of quests: 48
Items points indoors / max: 0/345
Item points in display area / max 0/0
Items points in additional area/max 0/21
Additional area: Yes
Estate Area: 3350

What else is there, could say that additional area is big.
Sitts on a shore at a lake.
Thats it, nothing more I can come up with.
Do they have any value this days ?
 
366 item points? The u apartments on rock have 410 points and go for 2 to 3 k... so probably a tad below that due to fewer item points. Maybe more if buyer likes the view?

I sold 1 few years back for 22K North of TI shore

people love to hate rocktropia though, so you multiply by 10... = 20-30k

Few years of depreciation = 10-15k

So it depends on if you are buying or selling which of those ranges you use :p
 
5k-7k would be a normal price for a house. It all depends on the proximity to a tp. The one Closest to it is worth more
