Can anyone make an app for calculating skills and ESI tt values same as the avatar skill calculator from entropiawiki but something we could download and use because entropiawiki is atm expired and I need this tool often and I guess many other ppl too.

I know about those but I think it doesnt work the way I need it. For example if I have 1500 skill points and I want to chip out and make a skill implant of 1 PED tt value of that skill I think with this you cant calculate that or at least I dont understand how I should do it.
