Question: Q2 Vulkana - Will MA ban and disqualify cheaters in Mayhem?

As pointed out in today's Bertha Bot post of Mayhem Winners, there are evidence of cheaters on top 10 places in Mayhem, especially Cat. 1 and Cat.2.

Question 2: In general, will MA ban and disqualify cheaters in Mayhem?


Follow-up (loaded question, but appropriate at this point): If not, why do you not follow up on your EULA honest players need to read and obey?

Taken from your EULA, 3rd section:
You may only register one Account

If MindArk suspects that the user account or login information is misused or if the usage otherwise violates the Terms, MindArk has the right to suspend You as a User.

8th section:
You cannot interfere with any other Participants ability to use and enjoy the Entropia Universe. (My comment: There's NO enjoyment in losing a top 10 placement because of cheaters. There is NO enjoyment for those wo do not join an event because they know cheaters will beat them, and they are feeling left out. )

MindArk reviews all event results very carefully, and does indeed take action against any participants using multiple accounts or any other means of gaining unfair advantages.

Due to privacy issues we cannot publicize specific account bans, but rest assured that more than a few cheaters have permanently lost access to their Entropia Universe accounts due to our security efforts.

I've noticed a lot of missing trader alts...a lot of missing crafter alts....and a lot of spots now in the economy in their absence waiting to be filled!
