Question: Q1 Unclaimed Estates

Nearly everyone knows Marcus Callendar Estate Broker, a Mindark Avatar that holds LA's and Estates all around Calypso. He's holding some of them for many many years, when can we expect that his assets get back into Player hands ?

Follow up question :

Shopping malls are alive by their Shop Owners activity but over the years shops owners stopped playing Eu, or got banned or sadly deceased. As far as i know no assets that go back to mindark from inactive accounts got ever recycled back into the active Player pool. Can we expect this to happen and if yes, when ?

We are exploring possible solutions for the issue of unclaimed/inactive estates.

While we are not in a position to make any definitive announcements at this time, we are considering quite a few different solutions, some temporary, some permanent.
