Many longstanding bugs that may to you seem insignificant, but just like water torture they erode our confidence in the game and our tolerance of being here hour after hour. They have to be indirectly costing MA ped and probably reducing player retention also. In particular lists and chats...

examples

1. Private chat channels
These used to work fine, but over a year ago they became broken... they boot people that were invited after the start date of the bug when they relog (though they may be able to sometimes use /join if they were previously invited), and boot them completely after any vu or server reset which requires a chat channel mod or owner to issue dozens if not hundreds of invites almost weekly. This spoils game enjoyment for the participants waiting on an invite, and the cost in time, stress and aggravation to the channel mod, usually leads to no game play for many hours (those spent doing the invites, and those spent playing another game while they calm down)
2. Guest lists
One day changed font so user is unable to do several amendments but has to do one at a time, because after first action the font is so tiny it is unreadable

Q. The friends list mostly works well so is it not possible to re-use this interface for other list based products in game, allowing them to be alpha sorted as standard, have search by name, and a series of option buttons Remove/rename/add or remove pilot rights for instance. A bug fix would be good, a new interface even better. Also please consider in any revamp auto removal of any invite that is not accepted after say 7 days. that will keep lists tidier and reduce system storage overhead

The hours saved, the reduced frustration would I am sure not only help the channel owners and users but also help new player retention..who wants to play a game where things are broken anyway (apart from we jaundiced addicted older players)

We are aware of the private chat channel issue and it is on our priority list to address in an upcoming release.

For any other bugs or issues, please submit a support case under the bug report heading, so that our team can properly prioritize them.

Thank you so much. This statement (and action) a year ago, or ideally immediately following the first report after the VU that broke it would have prevented a lot of acrimony. Can this be taken home for the future, that bugs from breaking previously working features always get 'critical' priority?
