There are a number of LAs and some some domes on FOMA where the owner has not maintained the fertilizer.

This can happen for many reasons.

The result is that mob spawns dwindle to minimum.

The impact is that hunters can't hunt some mobs, LA owner loses on taxes and MA loses on decay.

Could MA please consider to solve this problem by applying fertilizer / or otherwise ensuring mobs spawns are maintained at level last set by the owner, after some period of non-maintenance by the owner?

This would constitute a win for hunters, a win for absent LA owners (they get taxes) and a win for MA (decay).

To avoid potential abuse by LA owners, the cost of automatically applied fertilizer could be deducted from the LA tax income.

Thanks for considering this.

There are no current plans to ‘interfere’ with avatar estates in such a way. It is up to the Land Area deed holder to maintain the creature spawns, if they desire.

For example, some Land Area deed holders keep the creature DNA in place but intentionally do not add fertilizer in order to make the Land Area ‘miner friendly’.
