Platinum Tokens and FEN buffs

Weren’t we supposed to be able to use our remaining Plat Tokens to buy FEN pills from the trader??
Or did I miss this?

I was hoping they would allow some sort of conversion rate from Platinum to gold so that at least you could buy some FEN pills.
