Auto Loot Buffs Do Not Stack

Auto loot buffs do not stack. There are no limits indicated in the buff information, so they should stack. Please fix this.

Autoloot buff from trade terminal pills, range appears to be 50% what it used to be (10 meters instead of 20 meters).
