FYI: Refiners mis-categorized

My T-104 refiner seems to claim that it is a Metal Refiner, when in fact, as of almost ten years ago, all refiners were converted from Ore/EnMatter refiners into Universal Refiners, therefore it's obvious this issue is likely present on other refiners and they should be changed to read something like... "Material Refiner" or something of that nature.

Some of categories in tooltips are quite weird.

For example, animal essence, tier components and attribute tokens (!) are labeled as Contruction Material.

For armor parts, the tooltip says e.g. Shins for shin guards.

Some instance keys display Beacon, some display Tool, and some Miscellaneous.

And of course those items where additional info could be useful, as a rule have no category at all.
