30,000 concurent users in one game

it's not entirely off topic but here's a game that i see trying to conquer the conncurrent users problem. when we see how bad monria stressed their server yesterday and discover posts like this it makes ya wonder if MA is working on it. also didn't notice this q in the AMA. Well then heres the question. will we see lots of users in one place?

30000 is a milestone? what a joke xD

SL 10 years ago had some daily picks around 80k and if I remember right there was a "best month" with 100k concurent users.
Now numbers are around 40k and close to 50 again.
