Question: Can you still trade Compet deeds for Moon Deeds

Haven't played in years, came back and found Compet died out some point and if the devs followed through the NPC to trade them for something else disappeared in December. Is the NPC still in game anywhere? if so where? If not are these Compet Deeds useful for anything else?
