I value my M83 tier 9 a few k more than +30k, but that's because I add value for the potential to win Mayhem events. Probably ppl can have different opinions about this, but that is how I see it. M83 is a great gun for cat7-cat9. I just finnished 1st in cat9 Annihilation in Easter Mayhem - and also my gun was used for a 2nd place in cat7.
