Looking at auction, would 1250-1500 PED be close to accurate?

Appartement really don't sell lately, even for way below 1000peds.

Asteroids ones go for 300-400 Peds to give you some ideas of real market.

Ive had offers for around 1250. So I just put it on AH with a start bid of 1250 and buyout of 1950. Maybe it will sell :)

The E apartment is a small one. Typically, G apartments sell around 1k to 1.5k, and that is the biggest one with an extra room and a balcony. C & D units are the medium size ones, they are selling around 1k. A, B, E & F are the small ones, I've seen them selling around 900... 2 years ago you could get them for around 700 but they have gone way up in price.

The problem is that the market history data does not differentiate between the various types of Estate Deeds...
 
And that demand is drastically low lately...I see so many unbid appartements at auction finishing their course...
 
This is my old apt if I'm not mistaken. Sold it in 2006 :eyecrazy:
