None of the stats are maxed, That offer of 18K sounds fair; you might want to sell for around that to them. If I where you I wouldn't hold out for anything near 30K, or your real offers will dry up.

Yeah, i dont want that quantity im waiting for a 19-20k BO or i will accept that offer :) i think its a good price... maybe im wrong but several high skilled friend told me to look this BO :)
