lvl 40 laser weapon

hey all am looking to know what the best ul weapon would be for a lvl 40 laser sniper would be and a rough idea on how much one would cost

If you are maxed, I would advice getting an adjusted ep-41 military (~2.8k for a tier 0). It's hard to find a more cost effective sib weapon.

If you want to stick to carbines no matter what, probably an Ozpyn HK S1X1 (bad eco, ~2k price) or Ranked HK1750 (better eco, ~4k price).
