I do not know if it is unique or where it actually comes from, feel free to comment if you know. What I know is that when I did tier it up I got hof for being the first one tiering it up. Never have seen another one like it, it is very special and good.

It's not a set.
Just a harnass.
If I'm not mistaken there are no other parts (apart from thighs maybe)
