Complete makeover

Hello everyone,

When I started this game, i just "randomized" my characters look. Thought I would just play this game for a week or two, but i got hooked. I'm not very happy with the look i got. Is there anyone who can customize me somehow and what will it cost? I need a complete makeover!

I've gone to James twice he is very good his apt / shop has a very nice grafic layout displaying all the different haircuts and so forth. Fair prices.

Genesis Star Tower Building B Apt 2F it does take quite awhile to load, like 5-10 minutes.
