I have tremendous respect for you for making this, and posting it public.
This game has incredible potential, if things are changed. It will fail if it does not change them.
First the corruption needs to stop, though it does seem the management is focusing more on EU now. However, their delivery and dedication is below average for the demands of such a product and the wages the staff are paid.
We need storylines that are deep and important to us that drive us to participate.
We need new content monthly or more often, with patches weekly like we used to have at the very start of this adventure.
We need more areas and content developed.
We need the resources of this engine utilized to attract more people to the game visually.
We need more content besides mindlessly doing the same action over and over, which allows us to build our characters capabilities and conquer new content without extreme cost increases. The cost increases should come as part of hunting outside your level range, but if you are hunting something 50% of your level range you should not be paying $3000 a month to play this game at level 90+. That's insane, you're trying to prey on a minority's addiction instead of developing a passion from the majority, like you already had before you started squandering it.
To put it bluntly Mindark....if there is corruption, you need to cut it out now to survive, and realize players operate on day or week scales expecting content, most games deliver major expansions or entire games faster than you can deliver a half baked failure. You're slower than Valve software and Halflife 2.
We don't mind paying a cost to play the game, especially if can make enough money to sustain ourselves off of ingame trading if you ease the costs. Tons of players will flock to play.
Seize the opportunity.
