Borderless window is NOT Fullscreen

Since VU, EU can NOT run anymore in real fullscreen.. (crazy for this kind of game if you ask me..)

When you choose "fullscreen" in option, it's actually a Borderless Windowed Mode.

You can see when you start EU that login screen looks fullscreen, but don't have focus now as it was before.
You'll have to click it first to be able to write your password.

Because a borderless window whith screen size is still a window..
And so it needs more ressources.

Question is :

How to FORCE a real fullscreen for EU now ? (until MA bring back a real Fullscreen option)

I found some tricks but seems not to work whith EU.
If someone find out how to do it, I'd be happy.
