Suggestion: remove speed buff max

Kind of silly that Items get me 38/25 acceleration but the max is 25 so it only goes up to 25% since it's all coming from items category...

I would personally want that they remove the cap atleast from the item section or increase it so that i can run faster with perfected ring+ harrier armor while i mine but this will kill market for some pills .

I agree this will be very useful for mining and should not have a significant impact on the economy. If you go on unamped long mining runs planetside it could get boring sometimes, so a little more movement speed would definitely help.
