Help me with hidden skills....

Im not sure this is the right place to post in but, its hunt related.

Can anyone tell me when or at what level you get this hidden skills:
Combat Sense
Commando
Kill Strike
Martial Arts
Melee Damage Assessment
Wounding
Serendipity

Combat Sense: 5.0HA on any non-tt, non-L weapon
Commando: 7.0HA as above
Kill Strike: 45% min damage as above
Martial Arts: 2.0HA on a non-tt, non-L melee weapon (I think)
Melee Damage Assessment: 29.5% min damage on a non-tt, non-L melee weapon (I think)
Wounding: 36.25% min damage on any non-tt, non-L wep
Serendipity: 3.0HA on any non-tt, non-L wep

Also

Coolness: 4.0HA
Ranged Damage Assessment: 29.5% min damage on non-tt, non-L gun
Marksmanship: 1.0HA on non-tt, non-L gun

True but it does need updating, some of the entries are quite wrong.
