I can't think of the exact name at the moment but I can't find any parts with stabilizer in the name. I can't check the wiki, it is down. I searched PE auction and I searched EF even the corresponding new parts threads. So I wanted to know if anyone has looted this? Has a BP that uses it or any other information.

Aren't those looted from SEG's? I may be wrong, but that's my best shot atm
 
Yeah it came from a SEG. I want to know if it has a use and if it is rare at all, any ideas mate :)
 
it probably will be used in the near future
the game with robot partsatm is to hoard them if you can afford to
and they might be worth something later
 
It's not on wiki, and wiki isn't down.
