Exiting bug @ prof. increase?

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this:

sometimes (rare) when I get a prof. standing increase it exits entropia.

there is no error msg or crash report etc,

it has happened several times since I started taking notice,

I did submit to support and their response was:

We will forward your crash reports, that we have received to the dev team for investigation.

Using: Xp sp2 + fixes, dx 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
6800GT, soundmax crap.

if you do experience this issue please specify gfx+audio, maybe could help narrow something down.

not sure if u're using vista as well like me......
i had similiar issue but now it's more randomly when i get a rank in prof.standing and of cos that dead part it's still auto crash for me... i have been told to go find an update driver for my sound card.. it seems the problem is still there, so now i basically gave up.

I experience regularly the same problem: new prof. standing ("little stars") and bam! Kicked out of EU... Hope they'll fix it soon.
