who is the most skilled nondepositer?

Apparently Jenna Star Mercury is the most skilled non-depositor. He is ranked number one in skills count & by his own admission in another thread has not put a single $ into this game, but withdraws annually around $60k :laugh:. Can you imagine :eek: :cool: :).
 
Well I wouldn't call myself the best but certainly ahead of the majority of non-deposit players, thanks to someone who I won't name but offers a good amount of work for some spare change including to other players.

Started September 2010
total skill points 21604 (including attributes, excluding event stats)
3 Highest: Laser Tech - 2489
Anatomy - 1982
Mining - 1874
3 Highest lvls:
lvl 12 laser sniper (hit)
lvl 11 range laser (dmg)
lvl 11 laser pistoleer (hit)

A good estimated amount spent....around 400-500 USD dollars.

Beats paying EQ2 for the last 5 years (Shrug)

Read up ^. Unless Star can comment on whether or not he actually has deposited since that statement he made, he is the most skilled.

I asked him this the other day when he was on his Livestream and then he said he was **** tired of that question but the answer was that he depoed 45$ for the first&last time..

how about when you buy ingame stuff with real money... not through MA?

like old time paypal transactions?

i view this as a form of depoing

maybe he deoped 45$ as Jenna Star Mercury
but his Porn Star depoed more maybe? ;)

I think a more interesting thread may be, who is the most unskilled highest depositing player?



I'll place myself as the first candidate, although I'm sure I will be easily unseated from my throne. I've been playing 3 and half months. Deposited $130, but probably have about $40 worth of ingame stuff at mu. I couldn't get anywhere near the practice fort last night(don't have tp and mobs are impossible for me to get by, since my hovercraft sucks on hills). Most Tp's were obtained through accident(event bounced me to one) or charity (free flight kindness). Other charity I've recieved:multiple repairs to my hovercraft(lousy driver), occasional random item on ground dropped by others(I no longer pick these up, but did at first), a few outpost rescues. I have no strategy that works, besides random game play.

Anyone want to take my throne as most unskilled depo player?

Lol, i like this direction for the thread, but I'm probably going to be unseated as the biggest looser too... I've deposited approximately 1,200 US in the past year (but part of that gets skimmed off in the transaction so actual money that went into game is less) and now have just over 30k skills and only about 200 US or 2k ped worth of stuff. I took about 6 months off in that time though. I'm contemplating depositing my way onto the top 100 skills list over the next couple years lol. :yay: for wasting money and loving it :yay: not through actually working for those skills but just buying up chips on auction... well its better than giving all away to beer, hookers, and blow... at least I'll have a good pile of skills in the end, no nasty diseases, messed up sinuses, or a huge beer belly.

I will : deposited over 6k$ .... have 100k skills and 0 ped :D

quite simple : 07-08 minned cnd with OA-105's .... 09 crafted amps light = 55k ped lost

the rest hunted :D u can see on my tracker
i have short period of hunt or mine .... but enough to loose several k's on them.

what u see so hard in loosing 1k ped per day ? hunting ? minning ?
 
Whiz Whiz Bang had the best luck in game of any player i know of. He was blessed by lootius and MA from the first day he was born on Calypso a decade ago. A nice enough guy :thumbup:
 
To have gained greatness without depositing is one thing... to have gained greatness without, "borrowing" taking donations, help from others, exploiting/controlling markets, scamming etc etc etc is another. Kinda narrows that down quite a bit.

I deposited $45 as Sammy Farha Fast. As Jenna Porn Star Jameson (now named Jenna Star Mercury), I deposited zero for myself and $300 for Alexis Lexi Gale who instantly paid me back via Paypal 2 minutes later because he couldn't deposit. I did tons of transactions via paypal back when it was allowed. If you count it as a deposit to purchase items via paypal with money you'd withdrawn from Entropia originally into your paypal, then sure I did tons of "deposits". All the money I ever used with Star via PED or $ was earned inside Entropia.

So I suppose what you count a deposit as matters for the sake of this discussion...

lets just say the game was very different back 8-9 years ago...
many transactions were made through paypal

i understand what your saying is you depoed 45$ through MA... 0 on Jenna... agreed.. i dont dispute that :)

i think its misleading if you say you never deposited period...
you used paypal to get favorable rates on various items and things... but the end result is you used $$$ to get them which is the equiv of depositing...
paypal was a vehicle of depositing back in the day... it was widely used... no shame in that...

either way... you have made a lot more then you depoed... which is a lot more then a lot of us can say :)


the story of Porn Star is a great success story and congratz is in order no doubt...

Well that's not exactly accurate though is it? If the PED was withdrawn into Paypal from EU to start with, then used to purchase PED again afterwards but not originating from my bank account, I'd consider that no different than transfering PED for PED wouldn't you say? It remained virtual currency at all times and NEVER came from my own pocket originally.

It would be different if the first transaction was money going into Paypal from my bank then that would be what I'd call "depositing". ;)
