afaik, there are several of them (i.e. like 1-2 of each) and dropped in blue smurfs event. keep bumping, i presume will be hard to get them prior to MF VU.
 
I believe ND was selling a Powerful on auction, not sure if it ever sold though, was about +25k
 
as far as i seen it was sold at +7k or around there. one set with +25k both sb and bo didnt get sold. its all on peauc. ty for bump though.
 
Saw one in Tzepu's shop for about 22k. A powerful anyway. I picked up the good one that he had. Hope you have good mf skills to use. I am at lvl 25 hit/damage and even the good isnt maxed out yet.
 
Don't give up. You might find someone selling out. If not,, then are stuck with current prices.
 
seen a powerfull on auc, a little overpriced i think
im hoping for a strong though
