What skills in Hunting affects

Here comes another noob question.

What skills in Hunting affects the results in my Crafting/Mining?
Because I have heard many people say its good to havev the hunt skills in bottom.....?

Dexterity and Intelligence (from the fapping) at least count.

LWT helps in crafting laser weapons, as do BLPWT and PWT for their respective weapon types.
