Also, not a town name, but there's a place in Kansas called Nobody's Place... and I think there's either a town or place near there called Nowhere... so you can literally be in the middle of nowhere.

Yep, been around there. Got a pic of the sign Zzyzx 1 mile. Going through the desert trying to get to the coast. Funny thing is, i know someone who named their kid that! Pronounced zee-zek (at least that is how she pronounces it for her kid).

In Bristol there is a "There and Back again Lane"

Nothing on it tho, hence the name.. :laugh:
 
In South Africa we have a town called "Hotashell", I think you can imagine what the weather is like there :D.

There is another town called: "Twee-Buffels-Met-Een-Skiet-Dood-Fontein" which, loosely translated means: "Two Buffallo's with One Shot Killed Springs" :scratch2:

Tweebuffelsmeteenskootdoodgeskietfontein
Translated and words seperated it means
Two buffalo's shot dead with one shot fountain
