What's old player? The one that has heard about some foma? :confused:
 
Yet another way of measuring our EU "shticks"/uberness:
1. 5 years in-game
2. 250+HP
3. Mod Merc
4. Have at least 100 posts in which you tell people they are noobs
4. Having Foma on FL
 
I've heard of foma and ran into him once a long time ago like a year plus ago. Don't know anything about him but I'm interested in see where this sale ends up and what taxes will be on the Club formerly know as Neverdie.
 
Latest update:

Due to unexpected uncontrollable circumstances, the Buyout offer has not closed within the agreed upon timeframe. There Are other Significant record breaking Buy Out offers on the table, but at this stage i prefer not to wait and see if they close... So I'm putting the Dome Deeds back in the auction individually.. I will retain the night Club, mall, Docks and Mega Championship Stadium under the Club NEVERDIE banner..

All that is for sale in the Auction are the Deeds to the individual Domes with the DNA that is currently in them.
 
Are you going to wait till the estate bug is fixed or do we have to guess which deed is for which dome?

Man I just had to Work out which Deed is Which via the Co-oordinates..

I think i put Domes 1-5 in Auction LOL

Hopefully MA Fix the Bug before the weekend
 
lol I was starting to deposite for the domes and took the first out

now it is back on auction :) omg lol
 
Good to know what's going on with CND...

I still hope it's not gonna get sold separately dome by dome...

a Miner that used to pay taxes everyday for so long finnaly end up owning some land on cnd, how funny is it ? :D i hope it ll be to my expectations, but i know whatever will happen, ill be happy.

-Are you looking at reducing the tax rate?

i had some options yea but wanted more the dome 1.

for now its set at 4.99% ( seems like before it was 4.90 but not sure), but ill surely do my best to make it cheaper when i get to feel how its like.
I need to see how goes things and make a better dome1 than it was before
(with competition and monthly prices, i guess its always better than without =) )

I spose with 21 different people potentially organising events on CND, 20 people potentially keeping good care of each LA, it may in a lot of ways be a positive direction for the asteroid.

As long as new owners make it as much fun as possible for both hunters and miners it will be great.
Still somehow I doubt it's possible to please everyone. Hunters will cry for bigger spawns and high maturity, miners are happiest when they can just run and drop withouth being bothered with shooting several creatures before getting to the claim.
I suppose if domes are all sold separately some will be miners friendly, some will be made for hunting. That sounds quite good and maybe we will keep CND spirit like it was before?

xXSqUaLLXx, gratz on the purchase. Hope you have fun with it and hope you keep it miners friendly place with not too many ambus :rolleyes:
