Got tons of offer at tt+8k or so
Got an offer at TT +9.5 but before i agree on deal that person found an other deal , so i didnt sold it.
I would say it worth imho at least tt+9k.
ps: i still need to sell mine i will probably be faster to finalyse deal this time

Afaik just 1 or so ingame. So it mainly depends wether the owner is willing to sell or not.
