Group of 10 or so avatars being booted from noob rig every few mins and relogging at random local locations.

Teething problems with the VU.

Not limited to 32- or 64-bit client, graphics settings or any other current known fix.
 
TP bug : when using teleporter, after chosing destination and executing, there is blurring animation/effect (like it used to be) and then for few seconds you are back in normal vision where you have been and only after that you tp to destination. If you move away from tp during this time (after blur, before tp), tp sequence is stopped without any message.


On a hit box: I checked few mobs and it seems like now hit area (not box anymore) is exactly the shape of mob. It used to be box above and on sides of shape of mob, not anymore.
Why changing this?
I would understand if there was still shooting in air cost, but with that changed, those misses will be only frustrating hunters, without any real purpose.
Yes, maybe a bit more decay on armor because mob will be on us a bit longer....


Went to noob' tp and had CTD, I guess time to sleep. NN
 
To clarify stuff

If you the hunter are aiming by yourself and using the left mouse button (in aim mode) to attack it will feel and behave somewhat the same as before.

If you are are in third person clicking a target and use your auto-use tool or right/left click to attack you will see that your avatar is moving around oddly.

Q: Why is this happening?
A: After implementing a better hit detection there was a side effect, when targeting a creature it chooses the closest thing hittable. So if it is a robot like a Warlock attacking you, the avatar will aim for the head since it is closest to you, then the creature does the attack animations and during that time the avatar tries again to pick the closest valid thing hittable, resulting perhaps in a shoulder or something else.

Till the fix comes around, use aim-mode and left click to attack.

Bolded part is how I hunted since years, and still is "impossible" to hunt now as the hitbox is to damn small or maybe as the mobs now seems to have different hitboxes the boxes themselves isn't all active or just invisible to us users.
After I shot one time at a small mob I dont move my aim, the mob don't move it's feet but it does the "ouchi I got hit" emote and the second shot completely miss it.

Seems to me like a new "now the camera moves with melee strikes" mess, and hope you reverse it tomorrow

this also make it impossible to use ranged guns where it is slightly uneven ground, as you cant aim above the mob to tag it or start your attack.
so either make all mobs huge, make the ground flat or make the hitboxes as it were before
Or will my weapon suddenly do 10x the damage if I hit the mobs head?
Or just 10% if I only hit it's tail?

or whats the reason behind this new hit detection you speak of?

Polished Chrome still not rendering properly. Also my Perseus armour helmet has black streaks?
Also what happened to the new soc terminal?
 
in first person mode my laser/scope combo block my crosshair so i cant hit anything but myself :(
 
and 12k, 7k and several 5k hofs in matter of 10 mins? bugged or what?

Calpso Depths reset, got kicked from EU, and now everyone that was inside can not log in!

Not sure if anyone posted this, but there is a major bug with the repair tool!! If people are having problems running 32bit version of EU after they repair you may need to re-install :(

I found that the repair tool finds over 40 files it wants to delete and when looking closer at it the second time I ran it, I found it was wanting to delete the 32bit version!

yeah i repaired and decided NOT to delete just in case

edit: i was finally able to log in on 32 bit version, but everything was failed and i couldn't even type in chat
 
Just logged into a random place I've never been (which was PVP area).
 
Auto fire works if you are walking backwards while hunting. I do this most of the time anyway so didn't see any change.. until i stopped walking and noticed my shots went down to 23 per min using ep-54. As long as your walking backwards it seems the auto fire works ok.

ps.. incase noone said anything.. TYVM for allowing my disciples to graduate finally. They were both very happy to get the adj pixie armor they have been waiting for.

This is quite a statement. A bug of this nature, known and unsolved for over a week in test, was intentionally released? in hopes of finding a fix later? That statement, says alot about the release process, and doesn't help instill any confidence.

Exactly what I was thinking. This is just not professional. You would expect a company that has been in business for years to know better.

Im spining too and not hunting anymore untill this is fixed.

Is it just me or is running the new walking? so slow to run now.

edit: or could it be I'm carrying 395kg / 345kgs :) doh, such a noob.

Not online since Eomon migration started during the summer, was thinking about logging in. Updating Entropia atm and went to this thread.

Found new clothing display bugs in shop, following old display bug fix.
Needless to say, a lot of clothing/texture bugs still not fixed.

Am busily updating the list here to acknowlege clothing/texture bugfixes and add new bugs.

Please post relevant info on that thread

shooting a mob halfway on its hp ctd login back lose the mob nowhere to be found :(
